Telecallers
2-4 Years of Experience in Telecalling
As a Telecaller of Sampangi Group, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our products and services. We are seeking an individual with at least one year of telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion tele sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
- Introduce company products and services and explain them the benefits of working with our Company.
- Identify and qualify potential clients' needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments with interested clients.
- Have the capability to convince even the toughest of clients to purchase our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and conversions.
Qualification
- Graduate or Equalent
Desired Candidate
- Minimum 2-4 years of telecalling experience. Working experience in real estate would be added advantage.
- Should be well conversant with computer knowledge
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu
